ManageMyHealth Patient Portal

We’re excited to have ManageMyHealth (MMH) now available to our patients.

MMH allows patients to see some of their medical records, book appointments, and send messages to our team.

In order to sign up for MMH, you must either come to our front desk and share photo identification or send an email to reception@linwoodmc.co.nz from the email address we have on file. If you send an email to us from mickeymouse@gmail.com but we have mmouse@gmail.com in our system, we will be unable to register you unless you come in to the practice.

Thank you for your patience while our online booking service was unavailable.

Upon registering, you can choose to have instructions emailed or printed for you. With these instructions will be an activation code and directions for where to start. The following steps will complete your registration:

  1. Follow the link you've received to the MMH website. Your initial email will look like this:
  2. Enter your email address, DOB, a new password, and agree to MMH’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  3. Enter your email address again along with activation code.
  4. Welcome to MMH.
