Our family health services protect and support your wellbeing.

Enrolled children under 14 are eligible for free weekday GP services.

Starting a family

If you are trying to have a baby or even just thinking about it, it is important to start getting ready for pregnancy.

Preconception health care focuses on things you can do before (and between) pregnancies to increase the chances of having a healthy baby.

Our nurses and doctors will speak with you about important factors like :

  • Medical Conditions / Medication
  • Lifestyle + Behaviour
  • Vaccinations

Once you are pregnant can help you find a midwife.

We can work with your midwife during your pregnancy and offer care for your entire whānau.

Child Immunisation is FREE

Immunisation protects you and your child(ren) from serious diseases throughout life.

The Ministry of Health supports immunisation if you have questions about immunisation contact our nursing team.

The New Zealand National Immunisation Schedule is a series of immunisations (including boosters) given at specific times for children between the ages of six weeks and twelve years and adults at 45 and 65. To get the best possible protection, have the immunisations on time, every time.

Immunisation is FREE for children under 12 years  or as advised by the vaccination schedule. Make an appointment today to have your child's vaccines completed.

Sexual health is important at every age.

Young people may need more support and guidance. Our team provides advice, care, and support for teenagers as they maneuver the changes of adolescence and begin to require sexual health support.

Our sexual health team can confidentially assist with :
